for the first quarter ended June 30, 2009.

    
    Second Quarter 2009 Highlights

    - Decrease in revenue to $70,596 compared to $366,500 in 2008.
    - Gross profit was $6,707 in 2009 compared to $178,598 in 2008.
    - Reduction of operating expenses to $470,730 compared to $1,755,157 in
      2008.
