Something to celebrate in this depressed economy?

Red Deer Electronic Recycling company celebrates fifth year anniversary

    CALGARY, April 30 /CNW/ - Recycle-Logic Inc., a Red Deer Electronic
Recycling company recently celebrated being in business for five years and
they are still going strong. "I think our ability to keep our operation
expenses at a bare minimum and concentrate on Employee retention has been a
big plus during this economic downfall," says Todd Burton, President. "Also we
try to give back to our community in some way throughout the year, as when
times are hard they are even harder for those less fortunate."
For instance in the past twelve months Recycle-Logic Inc. has collected
$9,662 in food and funds for the Food Bank in Calgary, along with Recycling
almost 2 million pounds of electronics collected from Calgarians at our Currie
Barracks location. They also support The Mustard Seed, and several other
Charitable organizations. Todd says, "The success of our business must have
something to do with Good Karma," and adds with a chuckle: "oh yeah, and A LOT
of hard work."

About Recycle-Logic: This Red Deer Company is a qualified processor under
the Provincial Electronics Recycling Program, with drop-off locations all over
the province. In Calgary, they accept TVs, Computers, Laptops, Monitors,
Printers and ANY other electronics for recycling at NO charge. Open seven days
per week from 10 am to 5 pm in Currie Barracks off Crowchild Trail SW. (Turn

at 4-way stop sign, immediately turn right at first driveway.)

About the Calgary Food Bank: The Calgary Food Bank's mission is to
provide quality emergency food to those in need. The majority of clients
continue to be the working poor. The demand on the Food Bank's services has
substantially increased. This March compared to March of 2008, there was an
80% increase in clients. Our ability to continue feeding people is thanks to
Calgarians caring about their neighbors. Now more than ever, hunger will be a
year round issue in our city.

We are encouraging the users of Recycle-Logic's service to bring
donations of non-perishable items or cash for the Calgary Food Bank. Thank you
for your support. It changes lives.
