Robex increases its interest in Wili-Wili permits and moves forward with prefeasibility study on Nampala

    QUEBEC, June 10 /CNW Telbec/ - Robex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RBX)
announces that negotiations with the original owner of the two Wili Wili
permits have been completed with the result that it now holds a 95% interest
in both permits. Furthermore, within the framework of its ongoing
prefeasibility study on the Nampala deposit, which aims to bring this deposit
to production, Robex's technical team will soon complete a block model study
on the gold distribution within the deposit that will support the next
drilling campaign.

Wili Wili and Wili Wili West: Robex now owns 95% interest

Negotiations with Mr Oumar Tidiane Sow, previous owner of the two Wili
Wili permits and now minority partner, are now completed and the originally
scheduled installment payment of 40 000 $ has just recently been paid by Robex
to Mr Sow. This transaction thus increases Robex's interest in these two
permits from 85% to 95%. Remind you that it is along the border between these
two permits that Robex has discovered the Fandou gold zone where significant
mineralization has been uncovered along a 1.0 km north-south axis. The best
drill intersection to date comes from reverse circulation (RC) hole WR139
where 4.2g/t Au over 22 m is reported.

Nampala: Prefeasability study moving along well

As part of the ongoing prefeasability study on Nampala, Robex's technical
team will soon complete a block model study on the gold distribution within
the deposit. In 2007, a resource evaluation outlined, within the Nampala
deposit, a NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource of 760 000 oz of gold at a
grade of 1.0g/t Au. This block model study will support the planning of an
extensive infill RC drill program that intends to upgrade the known resource
base, from inferred to measured and indicated, for the mineralization
contained between the surface and the base of the oxidized portion of the
orebody to a vertical depth of -65 m.
Also, as part of the same prefeasibility study, Environment and Social
Development Company (ESDCO) Sarl, a Malian company, recently completed a
preliminary environmental impact study of an eventual mining operation at
Nampala. The study outlines the various elements that will require
consideration within the framework of a complete environmental and social
impact study to be carried out prior to an eventual production start-up at

Four major Robex permits renewed for three years

Robex is also happy to confirm that the Ministry of Mines and Geology of
Mali has renewed four of its prospecting permits for an additional three-year
period. These renewals apply to the Diangounte, Kamasso, Wili Wili and Wili
Wili West permits, all located along the prolific West Mali Gold Belt.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Rolland Veilleux,
                            Chairman of the Board
