Robex : Jean Demers replaces Richard Savard on the board

    MONTREAL, Sept. 5 /CNW Telbec/ - Robex Resources Inc (TSX-V: RBX) is
pleased to announce that Mr. Jean Demers has been appointed Director of Robex.
He is replacing Mr. Richard Savard, who has resigned, since he is leaving the
country to take on Robex' operations in Mali, West Africa. Mr. Demers has
become President and CEO of Robex, on September 1st, 2007.
    Jean Demers has over 25 years experience in the mining industry. He has
worked in Investment Securities as a mining analyst. Mr. Demers has acquired a
vast knowledge of West Africa while working as a consultant geologist, in
Mali, Senegal, Burkina Faso and Guinea.
    The Board thanks Mr. Savard for his work and his engagement as Director,
a function he has carried out from January 2005 to this day. His
professionalism has enhanced the Company's image in the Canadian and European
mining exploration industry. We are convinced that his extensive experience of
Mali will continue to serve the shareholders interests.


    The Board has voted 1,105,000 stock options to its directors, officers
and employees in accordance with the Company's stock option plan. These stock
options are valid for five years and are exercisable at $0,25.

    Debt payment in shares

    Robex has agreed to settle a debt of $25 638,75 with the emission of
113,950 shares of Robex at $0,225 each.

    These decisions are subject to the approval of regulatory Authorities.
