the "Company") (TSXV: RLE) announces that as a result of current market
conditions the Company has decided to close its production services division.
Mr. Jody Stachiw the past of CEO Ridgeline, who recently moved to the position
of Executive Vice President to head up the production services division is no
longer with the Company.
Additionally, the Company announces that that Mr. James Thomson a
Director of the Company has resigned from the board. Ridgeline thanks both Mr.
Stachiw and Mr. Thomson for their service and contributions over the past few
