Retail Council of Canada to Monitor Federal Budget on Behalf of Canada's Retailers

    TORONTO, Feb. 25 /CNW/ - Retail Council of Canada (RCC) will be available
for comment and analysis when Federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty delivers
the federal government's Budget on Tuesday, February 26, 2008.
    As the Voice of Retail, RCC speaks for an industry that employs more than
two million Canadians and contributes approximately $390 billion in annual
sales to the Canadian economy. RCC will be closely monitoring the budget for
these and other issues affecting Canada's retailers.
