    1225TH ANNIVERSARY... IN DOG YEARS!

District will be celebrating the inauguration of the Fido Spot with local
artists and music & entertainment talent at a glamorous unveiling event on
August 1st.

    
    WHAT:     To celebrate the 175th anniversary of the Distillery District -
              1225th in dog years - Fido is proud to introduce the largest
              exterior digital video projector system of its kind in Ontario
              - a new way to promote and celebrate local artists and
              filmmakers - at the "Fido Spot" in collaboration with the
              Thompson Landry Gallery, Toronto Film School and Vancouver Film
              School.
