    Salmon Gravlax with Avocado, Rocket and Crème Fraiche

        1 lb salmon gravlax
        2 avocados, peeled, seeded and sliced nice and chunky
        1/4 lb good arugula
        1/4 cup crème fraiche-seasoned with salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon
        chopped dill and a little lemon juice
        1 lemon cut into 6 pieces
        Ground pepper
        Good extra virgin olive oil
        1 crusty fresh baguette

        Layer salmon on plates and divide arugula over salmon
        Arrange avocado on plates and drizzle with crème fraiche
        Place a wedge of lemon on each plate, drizzle with good extra virgin
        olive oil and grind cracked pepper over everything
        Serve with Stella Artois Légère and crusty baguette

     Smoked and Grilled Chicken Wings

     Ingredients for Wings
        2 pounds of wings
        1 tablespoon salt
        1 tablespoon crushed black peppercorns
        1/2 tablespoon crushed chili flakes
        3 cloves crushed and chopped garlic
        2 tablespoons brown sugar
        2 tablespoons chopped rosemary

     Directions for Wings
        Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and marinate for 12 - 24
        Preheat charcoal or gas grill on high
        Grill wings until crispy on each side
        Serve with Stella Artois Légère BBQ sauce on the side

     BBQ Sauce Ingredients
        3/4 cup ketchup
        2 tablespoons light brown sugar
        3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
        2 tablespoons mustard powder
        1 tablespoon ground cumin
        1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
        2 teaspoons paprika
        1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
        1/4 cup Stella Artois Légère
        Your favourite hot sauce to taste (the hotter the better)
        Salt and pepper to taste
        1/4 cup very finely sliced green onion for garnish

     BBQ Sauce Directions
        Bring all ingredients to a boil and let simmer for six minutes
