Rapid Solutions - Corporate Update

CALGARY, Feb. 19 /CNW/ - Rapid Solutions Corporation (TSX-V: RPD), an
Enterprise Business Integration company is pleased to provide the following
corporate update.
Rapid announced today a new important client contract with a tier one
integrated Canadian-based energy exploration and production company. Under the
terms of the agreement, Rapid will develop and implement a Master Well List
and deliver it on a Rapid Integration Appliance using the CENTRIX(R) Life
Cycle Management application for Business Process Management. The solution
will fuse integration of data with business process management to improve
communications, reporting and results across the organization.
"The energy and production industry is changing rapidly," said
Michael Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Rapid Solutions Corporation, "we are
seeing our traditional forms of engagement for business process and data
solutions quickly evolve into technology based solutions. We anticipated this
evolution as the petroleum industry faces challenges in creating a true
information infrastructure based on real time enterprise data integration that
can unify legacy systems as well as provide a reliable source of truth to feed
business intelligence tools and compliance reporting."
Rapid also announced today that it has restructured its Houston-based
professional services division. Following a reduction in services under a
master services agreement with a US exploration and production company, three
Houston-based senior managers in Rapid's professional services business
division have resigned. As part of the reorganization, Rapid's sales, business
development and operations staff in Calgary and Houston will now be more
closely integrated to respond to the expanding enterprise integration
business. The Company advises that its financial results for the three months
ended January, 31, 2008 will be adversely affected as a result of the revenue
reduction and costs associated with the restructuring.
"Ted Davis, Braxton Ladner and John Lane have resigned. Rapid wishes to
thank them for their years of dedicated service," commented Michael Jones,
Chief Executive Officer of Rapid Solutions Corporation.
Rapid is pleased to announce the appointment of John Lindsey as Vice
President. John is a veteran business executive in Texas and will be
responsible for execution of the Company's plans to expand and diversify its
US operations into technology based solutions.
"The E&P industry at this point in time offers a significant opportunity
for Rapid to leverage its knowledge base and solutions in the United States
and Canada," commented Dale Kearns, a board member of Rapid Solutions
Corporation. "The integration of our US and Canadian teams through this
organizational restructuring is already showing signs of success."
