    OTTAWA, Aug. 21 /CNW Telbec/ - Thirty-five Francophone finalist
businesses from Canada's minority communities will participate in the 4th
edition of the national competition Lauriers de la PME. The results of the
competition will be unveiled at a gala organized by RDEE Canada that will take
place on November 10, 2007, at the Fairmont Château Laurier Hotel in Ottawa.
The names of the winning businesses will be revealed at that time.
This competition highlights the importance of Francophone businesses
outside of Quebec in Canada's economy and rewards those that have solidly
established themselves, are in good financial health, and whose reputation is
synonymous with quality and service.
The provincial and territorial member organizations of RDEE Canada have
selected leading businesses in their communities whose success is a model for
others. RDEE Canada will base its final selection on economic performance and

categories: processing companies, service companies, micro companies
businesses, and new companies.
In addition to providing us with an opportunity to congratulate the
winners of Lauriers de la PME, the gala will be a unique occasion to meet the
