    MONTREAL, June 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Montreal InVivo will host the BIO
Venture Forum East 2007 investor conference from June 18-20, 2007. This is the
first time the event is being held in Canada. Biotechnology Industry
Organization (BIO) will join BIOTECanada and 14 American state biotech
associations to host the BIO Venture Forum East 2007.
    It is the largest annual East Coast regional investor conference for
venture stage biotechnology and healthcare firms.
    The event will feature approximately 60 presenting Canadian and U.S.
biotech companies, representing combined annual sales of billions of dollars
each year; a series of workshops on biotech trends and strategies and business
development opportunities. 60 companies will make presentations for venture
capital funding. BIO Venture Forum East will give Quebec biotechnology
companies a chance to pitch to 300 venture capital specialists.
