major sale mandates in the Nation's Capital and Montreal. The Ottawa asset is
66 Slater Street, a 250,000 square foot office tower in the central business
district and the other is 125 de La Gauchetière St. W. a newly built
152-suite, luxury residential tower located in Montreal's city centre.
Both assets are of superior quality and are expected to achieve a great
deal of attention from both private and institutional investors looking to
enhance their real estate portfolios in both cities.
