Prestige Telecom awarded Maritime Outside Plant Engineering Contract


    BAIE D'URFE, QC, May 13 /CNW Telbec/ - Prestige Telecom Inc. ("Prestige"
or "the Company") (TSX-V:PR), is pleased to announce that it has been awarded
from a major carrier a three year contract valued at approximately $9 million.
The engineering services performed by Prestige Telecom will cover the Nova
Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland-Labrador
    Prestige Telecom proposed a comprehensive, end-to-end engineering
solution that included outside plant network design, records, creation;
project detailing, right of way and CAD drafting services. Prestige Telecom
was selected because of its confirmed expertise, proven track record and
extensive experience in providing outside plant engineering services across

Mr. Colin Bell as Director - Engineering, Eastern Canada. Mr. Bell who joined
Prestige Telecom in 2007 was President and General Manager of Keen
Communication Services Ltd. an engineering company acquired by Prestige
Telecom. Mr. Bell has recently relocated to Halifax, where his knowledge and
experience within the industry will allow him to work closely with
subcontractors to assure coverage across all four provinces"
