Photo/Interview Opportunity - Don't Forget to Turn your Clocks Back as we Enter the Vitamin D Winter

TORONTO, Oct. 31 /CNW/ - With Daylight Savings Time approaching and our
days getting shorter it's a good time to remind Canadians of the importance of
taking vitamin D. A panel of medical experts is meeting to review and discuss
recent research into the benefits and dosing recommendations of vitamin D at a
breakfast and learn session in Toronto tomorrow morning.
Considering the growing body of evidence demonstrating a direct link
between increased vitamin D intake and varying health benefits and multiple
health organizations suggesting different daily dosing levels it is no wonder
Canadians are confused about how much vitamin D we should be taking.
Media are invited to sit in on the panel, running from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.,
or join immediately following the session for an outdoor photo opportunity
and/or interview with medical experts on the importance of vitamin D in the
winter months.
