SASKATOON, Dec. 12 /CNW/ - In connection with the acquisition of control
of Philom by Novozymes Biologicals Holding A/S, today Philom announced that
Beverley Brennan, Grant Kook, Gregory James Yuel, John Becherer, Wayne
Brownlee, Gord Froehlich, Rodney Merryweather, John V. Cross and Kevin Blair
resigned as directors of Philom and were replaced by Kristian Merser, Calvin
Sonntag and Thomas Videbaek.
Philom also announced today that it has approved the appointment of
Maarit Pokkinen as Treasurer and Charles Shapiro as Secretary. Further, Philom
confirmed the prior appointment of Calvin Sonntag as President.
