Mobility to help oversee launch of new wireless carrier

(DAVE Wireless) announced today the appointment of its two most recent board
members - Paul V. Godfrey and Michael Neuman.

An accomplished business leader, Godfrey was president and CEO of the
Toronto Blue Jays from 2000 until 2008. Currently president and CEO of the
National Post, Godfrey brings a unique business perspective with expertise in
sales, marketing and partnerships.

Canada. He was also president of Bell Mobility from 2002 to 2005 - a period of
significant growth despite increased competition and deregulation.
