today that Marino Ostos, the Chief Operating Officer and President of the
Colombian branch of the company, as well as a director, has resigned for
personal reasons, effective immediately.
Dr. Ostos has played an integral role in the organization, development
and exploration success of the company and will be staying on in a consulting
capacity, focusing on the company's Peruvian blocks, for an indefinite period.
Pacific Stratus Energy is a Canadian-based oil and gas company that
