This Christmas season recycling is on the top of minds of Calgary's residents. "We are on track to recycle almost 2 million pounds of discarded electronics collected in our Calgary depot this year. People seem really happy with our drive-through service," said Todd Burton, President of Recycle-Logic Inc. "Province-wide we have collected and processed almost 7 million pounds of eWaste in 2007. The volumes are staggering." This Red Deer Company is a Qualified Processor under the Provincial Electronics Recycling Program, with over 70 drop-off locations all over the province. In Calgary, they accept TVs, Computers, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and ANY other Electronics for Recycling at NO charge, 7 days per week at Currie Barracks off Crowchild Trail SW. Recycle-Logic Inc. encourages the users of their service to bring donations of Non-Perishable food items for the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank.
