Ontario to make an announcement benefitting GTA commuters

    QUEEN'S PARK, Aug. 10 /CNW/ - Ontario Transportation Minister Donna
Cansfield, Minister of the Environment Laurel Broten, Mississauga Mayor Hazel
McCallion, GO Transit Chair Peter Smith and Greater Toronto Transportation
Authority Chair Rob MacIsaac, along with the cities of Toronto and
Mississauga, will make an important transit announcement about improvements to
commuter travel across the Greater Toronto Area.

    DATE:        Monday, August 13, 2007

    TIME:        1:00 p.m.

    LOCATION:    Kipling TTC Station
                 Ground floor concourse level
                 5247 Dundas Street West, Toronto

    DIRECTIONS:  Transit:
                 -  TTC Bloor Subway west to Kipling Station, then proceed

                 From downtown Toronto:
                 -  Proceed west on Bloor Street
                 -  After passing Dunbloor Road, Bloor Street turns onto
                    Dundas Street West
                 -  At Aukland Road, turn left
                 -  Proceed on Aukland Road to Subway Crescent and turn right
                 -  Parking will be available in the Kiss & Ride lot off of
                    Subway Crescent.
