TORONTO, Sept. 11 /CNW/ - Onsino Capital Corporation (the "Company")
(trading symbol "OS.P"), a capital pool company, announced today that it was
not able to issue its financial statements and related management discussion
and analysis for the interim period ended June 30, 2007 by the date required
under applicable securities legislation. The Ontario Securities Commission
issued today an issuer cease trade order given that the financial statements
and related management discussion and analysis have not been filed. The
Company continues to take steps to complete the financial statements.
In an unrelated development, the Company also announced today that it
will not be completing its previously announced qualifying transaction with
Kaicheng Mining Corporation as a result of certain matters arising through its
due diligence review of Kaicheng. The directors of the Company are considering
the current options of the Company and the best interest of the shareholders
remain the Company's first priority.
