received several new orders in the Military, Aerospace, Automotive, and Sports
and Recreation divisions. The total value of these orders is approximately
$1.7 million US. Of particular significance, the Company has seen year-to-year
growth in the Military division of approximately 182%, highlighted by a 243%
increase in sales of one component and a 161% increase in sales of another
component. The total value of sales in the Military division accounts for
approximately 38% of the Company's fiscal year sales to date.
"In the past two months, the Company has seen significant new orders in
all divisions. These orders are being lead by an increase in the military

extensive research efforts that the Company expended in 2006 are starting to
