"Company") reports that Thomas Obradovich has accepted the appointment of
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. The membership of the
Company's board remains unchanged.
Mr. Obradovich is a co-founder of public resource companies Canadian
Royalties Inc., Aurelian Resources Inc., and U3O8 Corp. He also served as
President and CEO of Young-Davidson Mines Limited, where he led that company
from its initial acquisition of an historic gold mine in the Matachewan Mining
Camp to its successful merger with mid-tier gold producer Northgate Minerals

providing guidance on strategic matters, as we advance both our Lynn Lake
nickel project and the Company as a whole," stated Independent Nickel
