Corporation (NASDAQ: NYMX) announced today its financial results for the
quarter ending June 30, 2007. Nymox reported a net loss of $1,464,950, or
$0.05 per share for the second quarter of 2007, compared to $1,360,621, or
$0.05 per share for same period in 2006. Product sales amounted to $215,789
for the six months ending June 30, 2007, compared to $212,949 for the same
period in 2006. The weighted average number of common shares at June 30, 2007
was 28,759,024, compared to 27,327,305 at June 30, 2006.
Nymox Pharmaceutical Corporation is a biotechnology company engaged in
the research and development of therapeutics and diagnostics, with a
particular emphasis on products targeted for the unmet needs of the aging
