Nithi Mountain Moly Property Drill Results

    TSX Trading Symbol: LWC

CALGARY, Nov. 6 /CNW Telbec/ - Leeward Capital Corp. (TSXV - LWC) is
pleased to announce additional results from its Nithi Mountain Moly Project.
This year, Leeward has drilled a total of 89 diamond drillholes. Assay results
for 44 holes have been received thus far. This program is systematically
outlining one zone (Gamma) in a large porphyry molybdenum (moly) system with
the objective of calculating an NI 43-101 resource at the conclusion of the
current drilling program. The Gamma Zone as defined by drilling thus far
measures approximately 1,000m long by over 500m wide and remains open.
In addition to Gamma, drilling on another zone, the West Gamma Zone, was
completed in order to discover either a new zone or the fault offset of the
Gamma Zone. Beginning with hole eight at West Gamma, there were a series of
intersections which defined a newly discovered linear zone.
Further drilling in November is planned to test additional new zones to
the north and east.

QA/QC procedures are followed throughout the drilling and all analyses
are being completed by Loring Labs Ltd. in Calgary. Delays in assaying core
samples are due to the large volume of the split NQ core samples.
Gamma Zone results are significant in that they establish a broad area of
porphyry moly mineralization suitable for mining by open pit methods on Nithi
Mountain. The excellent infrastructure available for mining, including the
proximity to a major road system (Hwy-16), power, the Village of Fraser Lake,
and road access considerably reduce the cost of developing such a moly deposit
and as such would allow exploitation of a lower grade.
Steady, significant progress is being made in identifying a large open
pit porphyry molybdenum deposit on Nithi Mountain. The results received thus
far on Gamma have expanded the resource base along strike and the width of
this zone. When the current drilling is completed in November and, all assay
results are received, then a resource calculation will be undertaken for this
zone. The drilling program is on budget and should be completed by the end of
