Nexient Files Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis

    HALIFAX, March 30 /CNW/ - Nexient Learning Inc. (TSX: NXN) today
announced that it has filed via SEDAR its audited annual consolidated
financial statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the year
ended December 31, 2006. Nexient had previously disclosed its unaudited
financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006 via
