highest bidders at a three-day unreserved real estate and equipment auction
being conducted by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers in Edmonton, Alberta on September
5, 6 & 7, 2007. Ritchie Bros., the world's largest auctioneer of industrial
equipment, recently added a third day to accommodate the large number of lots
in the unreserved public auction at its permanent auction site in Nisku
Among the equipment being sold: 57 unused 2007 Vanguard Bruiser portable
wellsites; a 2006 Cat D9T and close to 60 other crawler tractors; over 140
truck tractors; a 2004 Cat 777D rock truck; over a dozen combines; and a 2007
Fleetwood Discovery 40-foot RV. The auction also features a large selection of
real estate, including the high-profile Don Laing Tractor property in Ponoka,
AB; a nine-hole golf course and RV park west of Spruce Grove, AB; 12
recreational home sites in Nemeiben Lake, SK; and five industrial property
parcels in Entwistle, AB.

exciting event. Mobile equipment moves over an elevated
ramp in front of the seated crowd while they
competitively bid on the items. Real estate is sold by

there are no minimum bids, no reserve prices and
everything sells to the highest bidder on auction day.
