industry announced today the addition of Mexico, Central America,
Caribbean and South America as new territories covered under the
existing licensing agreement between Amaya and the Société des Bingos
du Québec ("SBQ") for the distribution of Bingo Mundo, a proprietary
bingo lottery software.
The general terms of the initial agreement whereby SBQ granted Amaya a
non-exclusive, two-year renewable license for the distribution of Bingo
Mundo remains mostly unchanged.
Commenting on the territories extension of the existing licensing
agreement, Mr. David Baazov, Amaya's President and Chief Executive
