    OnDemand Personal Navigator is a synchronized content development
platform for business process documentation, test scripts, tailored role-based
training and performance support. From a single authoring session, OnDemand
Personal Navigator produces distinct outputs, including self-running and
interactive simulations, assessments, in-application performance support,
documentation, and training materials. The product is also one of the modules
of OnDemand Professional - the solution for ensuring change management,
achieving organizational readiness, and maximizing ROI.

    With OnDemand Personal Navigator 9.0, customers can reduce content
development time with a collaborative, multi-user development environment. New
translation and upgrade capabilities will significantly reduce the time and
effort of creating or updating content in multiple languages. The enhanced
content management library enables customers to produce content that mirrors
true business processes regardless of application.

insight into content workflow and document management - including check
in/check out, versioning and current status.

    Accelerate multi-language implementations and ensure end user adoption
with powerful translation capability: Custom text can be exported for
translation and then imported back to simultaneously propagate multiple
outputs compressing time to deployment. A guided re-record process enables
developers to create content in multiple languages eliminating the time and
cost associated with local language experts.

    Enhance content management by re-using content with new library: Single
storage location enables re-use across multiple applications producing content
that mirrors business processes regardless of application boundaries.

    Enable user adoption through support for Firefox browser: Support for
Mac, Linux, and Windows allows for expansion of user community and ensures
adoption of business processes.
