Where: South side of St. Lawrence Market Market Wharf Sales Centre 1 Market Street When: 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 12, 2008 What: Details of the campaign will be released including a website, radio and print commercials and plans for a national tour. Who: The campaign is being launched jointly by federal food inspectors and their unions - the Agriculture Union of the Public Service Alliance of Canada and the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada. Why: The outbreaks of listeriosis due to tainted food products has shaken confidence in our food protection system.
