N-able Technologies Invests in Partner Care and Post-Sales Support; Touts Technology Advancements

Industry Influencer's New Technical Services Resources and Partner
Development Team Strengthen Offerings, Notably Increasing Service and
    Support for MSP Partners

OTTAWA, April 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Committed to exceeding partner
expectations, N-able Technologies(R), the preferred supplier of managed
services software and business transformation services for resellers servicing
small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), today announced key enhancements to
its Technical Services and Partner Development teams. These include:

    - A New Partner Support Environment for Technical Services - N-able has
created three collaborative teams (Partner Services, Partner Support
and Solutions Architects) to address partners' needs more directly and
provide a higher level of technical support. As part of this new
structure, N-able also adopted a single-owner service model, ensuring
an issue remains the responsibility of a single Partner Support person.
    - The Addition of N-able's Partner Services Team - Recognized as the
first line of support for N-able's managed service provider (MSP)
partners, the Partner Services team was introduced to handle incoming
technical support calls, book service tickets and work in tandem with
N-able's Partner Support Analysts to troubleshoot and resolve technical
      support inquiries.

Gino Manna, president and CEO of Maryland Computer, applauds N-able's
investment in technical services and post-sales support. "I have yet to
encounter a company that dedicates more resources into working with their
reseller channel than N-able," says Manna, who became an N-able partner in
November 2006. "From initial contact and sales demonstrations, to technical
support and the final development of our business model and deployment of the
managed service program, N-able's commitment to our success has been amazing.
Few companies exist in the technology arena today that not only have command
of their products, but also have the desire to see their resellers succeed."
To ensure even more partner value, N-able has strengthened its post-sales
business support by increasing its Partner Development team by 120 per cent
and streamlining its Velocity Blueprint to make it easier for partners to go
to market with a proven managed services solution. The company also introduced
a new program creation framework and MSP calculator to help partners build
their managed services offerings and effectively price and market them to
existing and potential clients.
"The programs that we are creating and the best practices we have learned
with the help of N-able's Partner Development Specialists are really adding
value to the managed services we can and do offer our clients," says Robert A.
Tudor, owner of RNA Pro Computer Consulting, an N-able partner since January
2007. "Working with N-able's Partner Development and Technical Services teams
feels more like adding to my staff rather than purchasing a product. The
amount of support has been phenomenal."
In addition to enhancing its Technical Services and Partner Development
offerings, N-able continues to advance its N-central(R) platform, introducing
new features and functionality such as remote desktop and server management
capabilities (http://www.n-able.com/press-room/mar12-07.php). The company also
announced plans to debut the next generation of its Velocity System(TM) and
new Velocity Partner Center, an online community portal designed to provide
comprehensive guidance and assistance to MSP partners as they work through the
development of their managed services offering, later this year.
"Over the past 10 months, we've seen tremendous improvements to N-able's
technology platform and give a lot of credit to the top guys for keeping the
team focused on the right things," says Tom Snyder, COO, Xantrion, an N-able
partner since 2005 and ranked 11th in a report on the San Francisco area's
100 fastest-growing private companies. "There's no doubt in my mind that
N-able offers the best MSP tool on the market and has the best team working to
continually improve it."
"At the end of the day it's not what you say that differentiates you from
your competitors, it's what you do - which is why N-able is investing
aggressively in the areas that matter most to our MSP partners," says Gavin
Garbutt, president and CEO of N-able. "We are serious about doing right by the
channel and will continue to earn our partners' business by providing them the
tools, training and support necessary to become the world's most successful
