with our broadband and wireless offerings enhance our commitment to deliver
value to our customers while delivering one of the best levels of financial
and operating performance for a telecommunications provider in North America."
Kelvin Shepherd, President Consumer Markets of MTS Allstream, added that
"the Frost & Sullivan Award is gratifying, as it recognizes the hard work
being done by our employees in developing customer valued growth services and
executing our bundling strategy in a very competitive Manitoba market.
Products such as MTS TV and our innovative bundle of home services are
examples of our success."
"MTS Allstream has adopted a multi-pronged strategy to grow its share of
the residential service market," said Frost & Sullivan Industry Analyst,
Piyush Arora. "Careful planning and execution, investment in upgrading the
network, innovative marketing and promotion, effective bundling, and roll-out
of new services and enhanced features have enabled the company to succeed in
this fiercely competitive market."
