Awards, beating out Tokyo (Japan), Marrakesh (Morocco), Corsica
(France), London (England), and Shanghai (China). Organized by TripOut
Travel, the awards recognize the trendiest, hottest, and most exciting
destinations in the world.
A jury comprised of journalists, editors (Condé Nast Traveler, Travel & Leisure, Lonely Planet, etc.), and tourist professionals determined the best cities in the
world according to their assets as LGBT travel destinations. First
place was then awarded to the destination with the most public votes.
