with Marshall and Ilsley Bank, as agent, to provide a $31,600,000 credit
facility to Comm-Works Holdings, LLC in order to finance its acquisition of
Harbor Solutions, Inc. and refinance existing bank debt. Comm-Works Holdings,
LLC is a portfolio company of Morgenthaler Partners.
