MONTREAL, Oct. 23 /CNW Telbec/ - In response to allegations made by
former company executive Marc Lamy, which were reported by some media outlets
on October 19th, Mindready Solutions Inc. (TSX: MNY) must re-establish the
facts that led to his suspension and resignation.
As stated in the Mindready Solutions' (hereafter "Mindready") challenge
in the Superior Court, which opposed the request for a safeguard order
submitted by Mr. Lamy, very serious and regrettable reasons led to Mr. Lamy's
suspension on August 4, 2007 to allow the Board of Directors to conduct an
inquiry. Mr. Lamy tendered his resignation on August 5, 2007 following the
suspension. A new management team was then formed, as announced on August 9th
in a news release. Mindready believes that if Mr. Lamy had not resigned his
position, the company would have had reasonable and valid reasons to terminate
As regards the safeguard order rendered by the Honourable Chantale
Corriveau October 11th, Mindready intends to appeal and make a claim in the
courts for all damages caused to the company by Mr. Lamy.
