TORONTO, Oct. 31 /CNW/ - A disciplinary hearing in the Matter of Kenneth
Breckenridge was held today before a Hearing Panel of the Central Regional
Council of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA). The Hearing
Panel found that the allegations set out by MFDA staff in the Notice of
Hearing dated June 22, 2007 had been established.
The Hearing Panel advised that it would issue written reasons and its
decision on appropriate sanction in due course.
