    TORONTO, June 16 /CNW/ - Metalore Resources Limited is pleased to
announce that the Directors have appointed Mr. Timothy J. Cronkwright, as
Director and Mr. John A. Ryan, CGA as Interim Chief Financial Officer as of
May 26, 2009. Both men reside in the Simcoe, Ontario area.
    The positions of Director and Chief Financial Officer were held
previously by Mr. Joseph Maksymchuk, of Brantford, Ontario, who resigned on
April 29, 2009, over personal health concerns. The Board and Shareholders of
Metalore would like to extend their well wishes and thanks to Joe for his ten
years of dedicated service to the Company.
