agreement for the acquisition of the assets of BUS Systems Inc. ("BUS")
(TSX-V: BUS). The closing of the transaction is subject to certain standard
conditions, including the approval of shareholders of BUS at a duly called
meeting to be held August 29, 2008. Closing of the transaction is expected to
take place shortly after the shareholders' meeting.
BUS (www.busconnect.com) offers a range of Web applications to better
manage insurance claims in the automotive industry. The technological tools
developed by BUS are specifically programmed for collision repair centers and
allow management integration, simplified accounting and communication to bring
collision repair centers and insurers together.
This acquisition will complement the suite of services offered by Carrus
