Media advisory/Photo opportunity - Safe Kids Canada to launch national
charter on helmet use during winter ski sports at public forum in Vancouver

TORONTO, Nov. 18 /CNW/ - Safe Kids Canada will launch a national charter on helmet safety during winter ski sports at the Put a Lid On it! Winter Helmet Safety Forum on November 20, 2009. The forum is open to members of the public who will discuss with a panel of experts, "Is ski and snowboard helmet use is a no-brainer on Canadian alpine slopes or does Canada need a law?" At the end of the forum, details of the charter will be presented with a request for Canadians to endorse it.
