Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity - GO Transit to co-host international rail conference featuring several high-profile speakers

    What:   GO Transit is pleased to co-host the 2007 Rail Conference
            sponsored by the American Public Transportation Association
            (APTA). GO is hosting the conference along with the Toronto
            Transit Commission (TTC). It will feature speakers from the
            Ontario provincial and Toronto municipal governments; GO Transit
            and the TTC; APTA and the Canadian Urban Transit Association
            (CUTA); the United States Federal Transit Administration (FTA);
            and renowned environmentalist David Suzuki.

            Technical sessions on various current topics of interest to the
            rail industry will take place throughout the duration of the

    When:   Sunday, June 3 to Wednesday, June 6, 2007.

    Where:  Sheraton Centre Toronto, 123 Queen St. W., downtown Toronto

            conference's opening general session on Monday, June 4, between
            8:15 and 10:15 a.m.:

            David Suzuki, Ph.D., chair of the David Suzuki Foundation, will
            give the keynote address at the conference's general luncheon on
            Monday, June 4, from 12 to 1:30 p.m. The theme of the luncheon is
            Energy, Environment, and Sustainability.
