Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity - GO brings rail safety messages to South Simcoe and Barrie residents

    TORONTO, Nov. 6, 2007 /CNW/ - GO Transit, the Barrie Police Service, and
the South Simcoe Police Service will be on hand to kick off the rail safety
campaign relating to GO Transit testing its trains in South Simcoe Region and
the City of Barrie. Test trains will be running in preparation for GO Train
service to Barrie, scheduled to begin early next January.

    Media representatives are invited to attend this photo opportunity with
one of GO Transit's test trains.

    When:      Tuesday, November 6, 2007
               1:20 p.m.

    Where:     Town of Gilford, Ontario
               Gilford St. railway crossing
               Parking at the northeast side of the rail crossing
