    MuniCard created by Civic Strategies helps pay municipal property taxes

    VAUGHAN, ON, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Mayor Linda Jackson will be signing a giant
City of Vaughan MuniCard on September 17, to officially launch Vaughan's
co-branded municipal credit card. The card, accepted worldwide, offers Vaughan
residents a unique opportunity to translate spending into savings on their
municipal property taxes.
    Giorgio Gianniotti, Founder, President and CEO of Civic Strategies,
designed the unique MuniCard(TM) program to reduce the burden of property
taxes for commercial and residential property owners and to stimulate the
local economies by channelling credit card reward points to an expense they
must meet.
