Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity - Celebrating construction start at Runnymede Healthcare Centre

    TORONTO, Nov. 6 /CNW/ - Minister of Public Infrastructure Renewal David
Caplan and Minister of Health and Long-Term Care George Smitherman will join
Runnymede Healthcare Centre's Board members, staff, patients, families and
community members to celebrate the start of construction for their project. A
new hospital will be built on the existing Runnymede Healthcare Centre site to
replace the older facility.
    Once completed, the state-of-the-art hospital will provide complex
continuing care to adults of all ages and more than double the number of beds
from 95 to 200.
