    WHAT:  The official launch of the second generation of The Canadian Atlas
           Online (, the most authoritative
           online reference on Canada's natural and human stories. The first
           interactive web-based, fully bilingual geographical resource,
           bringing cartography and Canada's geography, culture, people and
           history to life.

    WHEN:  Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at 11:00 A.M

    WHERE: Ontario Science Centre, Telus Conference Room, 770 Don Mills Road,
           Toronto, Ontario

    WHO:   Gisèle Jacob, president of The Royal Canadian Geographical
           Society; James Raffan, Canadian writer, geographer and adventurer;
           and participating students from Peel District School Board and
           Toronto District School Board who will take part in the "Cross-
           Country Challenge."

           The Canadian Atlas Online was made possible with the support of
           the Department of Canadian Heritage through Canadian Culture
           Online. TD Bank Financial Group is the founding corporate sponsor.
