    EDMONTON, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - Identified as having one of the best
after-school programs in the country, the Boys and Girls Club of Strathcona
County in Sherwood Park will be awarded a prestigious
After-School Grant from RBC Financial Group (RBC) at a community celebration
on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007.
    The Boys and Girls Club of Strathcona County is one of only 77
after-school programs from across Canada to receive a RBC After-School Grant
this year, and one of only 18 first-time grant recipients selected nationally.
    RBC Olympian and Edmonton-born, Blythe Hartley, Diving, Bronze Medallist
- 2004 Olympics, will be on hand at the event to share her experiences, engage
the program's young recipients in fun activities and inspire them to be the
best they can be. She will also present the children with chocolate gold
medals to honour their efforts and accept a good luck message for RBC
