Media Advisory - Trailcross Workers to Rally at Bosco Homes HQ, Workers, Supporters to Protest Illegal Lock-Out



    EDMONTON, Aug. 22 /CNW Telbec/ - Illegally locked-out workers from the
Trailcross Treatment Centre in Fort Smith, N.W.T. and their supporters will
protest outside the Edmonton Headquarters of Bosco Homes, which operates the
facility.
    Locked-out after bargaining stalled over worker demands to be paid their
overtime on a regular schedule, the rally at Bosco headquarters aims to hold
Board members of the Edmonton-based non-profit to account for employer
intransigence. The Trailcross Treatment Centre provides accommodation and
other services to youth at risk and children with emotional and behavioural
problems.
