Media Advisory - Toronto-Niagara Bike Train to Launch during Bike Week

    TORONTO, June 4 /CNW/ - The Toronto-Niagara Bike Train is a new tourism
initiative that will introduce bike racks onboard select VIA Rail Canada
departures between Toronto and Niagara Falls. The Bike Train will provide
travellers with a unique and sustainable way to discover the Niagara Region's
renowned tourism and cycling opportunities.
    The Pilot Year Media Launch event will be held on Tuesday, June 5
beginning with a Press Conference at Union Station. Afterwards, a private
passenger car will take invited media, special guests and partner
representatives on a return trip to Niagara Falls, where there will be a "Bike
Train Welcome Reception".
