    Dec. 11th  Opening address by Assembly of First Nations National Chief
               Phil Fontaine
               Chiefs will discuss the proposed Specific Claims Tribunal Act
               The National Chief will be available for questions from the
               media following his opening address at noon.

    Dec. 12th  Auditor General of Canada, Sheila Fraser, will review recent
               audits and key recommendations
               Eric Sprott, Founder and Chair of Sprott Securities Inc, will
               discuss working with corporate Canada to support First Nations
               Bob Watts, Acting Executive Director of the Truth and
               Reconciliation Commission, will give an update
               First Nations Chiefs of Police Association will celebrate a
               new partnership with the AFN

    Dec. 13th  Minister Chuck Strahl to address the Special Assembly
               Signing of MOU with Royal Bank of Canada
               National Chief Phil Fontaine's closing remarks
