Media advisory - Seniors in the South West LHIN to benefit from landmark Aging at Home Strategy

    TORONTO, June 19 /CNW/ - As part of the province's $1.1 billion Aging at
Home Strategy, Khalil Ramal, MPP London-Fanshawe and Tony Woolgar, CEO South
West Local Health Integration Network, will be on hand to announce new Aging
at Home vans and local programming designed to improve access to community
care for seniors in the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN).
    A photo op includes seniors interacting with MPP Ramal and a van that
will offer Ontario seniors rides to health-related appointments.
