Media Advisory - Privacy Commissioner of Canada to report on final outcome of Facebook investigation

    OTTAWA, Aug. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of
Canada (OPC) will hold a news conference to discuss the outcomes of its
discussions and negotiations with Facebook, the social networking site. In
mid-July, the OPC presented Facebook with its investigation report and gave
the company 30 days to respond. The OPC has reviewed the company's response
and, on August 27, will make public the outcomes of these discussions.
