MONTREAL, Sept. 19 /CNW Telbec/ - 350 social media specialists (podcasts,
blogs, video, social networks) from Canada, the United-States and elsewhere
will converge in Montreal this weekend to attend the inaugural edition of
PodCamp Montreal. The event will be held at UQAM's Design Pavillion on
Saturday September 20th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday September 21st from
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The complete program is available online at
Singer-songwriter David Usher, formerly of Moist, will join Montreal
social media guru and President of Twist Image, for a session on the music
industry entitled "The New New Music - Fans, Community And What Business Can
Learn From An Industry In Peril"
